At Don’t Sleep On It, we aim to provide fast and efficient UK delivery on all orders.


1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to mainland UK.

Additional charges may apply to certain postcodes, including but not limited to:

  • Scottish Highlands

  • Offshore islands

  • Remote locations

Where applicable, additional charges will be confirmed prior to dispatch.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and on product pages.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Manufacturing schedules

  • Courier availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Operational factors outside our control

We shall not be liable for delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.


3. Delivery Date Selection

Where available, customers may select a preferred delivery date at checkout.

This selected date is an indication only and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery appointment.

While we make every reasonable effort to deliver on the selected date, we reserve the right to amend delivery schedules where necessary.

Customers will be contacted in advance to confirm arrangements where applicable.


4. Delivery Process

You may be contacted prior to delivery to confirm access and availability.

Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the goods.

Failure to be present may result in additional redelivery charges.


5. Access Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Adequate access to the property

  • Clear stairways, hallways and doorways

  • Accurate delivery address details

We are not responsible if goods cannot be delivered due to access restrictions.

Redelivery or return-to-warehouse charges may apply.


6. Inspection on Delivery

All goods must be inspected upon delivery.

Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

Failure to report within this timeframe may affect your claim.


7. Risk & Responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership remains with Don’t Sleep On It until payment has been received in full.


8. Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • No one present

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Access restrictions

Additional delivery charges may apply.
