Storage note: Ottoman storage and drawer storage cannot be combined. Drawer storage is limited to four drawers, with no more than two on each side.

Before ordering

Please check your selected size, fabric and colour carefully and ensure there is clear access through doorways, hallways and stairways. Contact us before ordering if you need model-specific access or assembly guidance.
Returns & order issues

For hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once unwrapped unless faulty. If you need to amend or cancel a bed order, contact us within 24 hours; once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Inspect your order on delivery and report visible damage within 48 hours with clear photographs. This does not affect your statutory rights. Read our Refund policy.
